It’s hard to imagine people would blatantly copy the work of others – especially in the truth movement. However, as we have found, the problem definitely exists, and Paul Michael Yates has, in our opinion, and the opinion of his victims, definitely done so.
Paul Michael Yates is another Iain Clifford Stamp when it comes to copying, and abusing, and perverting the work of others.
What follows is evidence posted by Simon “TheSpaniard” of White Rabbit Trust and youandyourcash.com on his facebook page.
Paul Yates claims that his book: the Title is Unimportant, was “20 years in the Making”. The Book Was published in 2022.
Between 1992 and 2022 Yates didn’t make any videos and didn’t share any “successes”.
Despite allegedly conducting his own research he felt the need to join White Rabbit Trust. The plot thickens.
As Spaniard explains on facebook, the logo was actually created by his girlfriend from 2012!
We wonder where Paul Yates got the idea for the name “Debt-Ninjas” from? We also wonder where he got the idea for a masked character logo?
Spaniard explains that Paul Yates made no videos describing the “research” he was allegedly conducting.
He made no facebook postings to the effect that he was challenging debt, and or that he was in the process of creating a “master-plan”.
Spaniard felt no need to follow Paul Yates, but Paul Yates felt the need to follow Spaniard and join White Rabbit.
Strange then that Spaniard would now state that Paul Yates has copied his work.
Spaniard (an ex-Banker and Debt Collector) released information describing the Credit Agreement (“Note”) as an instrument which is in effect “Cash” and explains that we are making a Deposit of the Note. He explains that the Note is owed back to us. Proof attached.
Spaniard produced two in-depth feature length videos explaining money, debt and how Security-Instruments are deposited with the Bank. Sound familiar?
You may even recognise some of the famous quotes on the “Quotes About Money” page of the website – because they appear in Yates’ book! All members of White Rabbit and the first version of youandyourcash.com were emailed links to this site.
Why would Paul Yates need to join the youandyourcash.com website if he had already completed 16 years of research by this time?

In his book – and advertisements – Yates claims he had been “tweaking” his process for 18 years by this time, yet in his email he asks for access to Spaniard’s course.
Why would Yates need to attend that if he ALREADY KNEW how to extinguish debt? Clearly Yates was having no success himself!
If he lies about this – what else has Yates lied about?

Having received Spaniard’s 4 training videos in 4 days (starting 14th April 2020) Paul Yates purchased access to Spaniard’s Get Out of Debt Training Webinar on 24 April 2020.
We again ask – why would Yates need to do that if his own research had produced results? You only mend things that are broken. If it ain’t broken there is no need to fix it!
Yates openly slags off TheSpaniard calling Spaniard a narcissist. Is Yates trying to cover his tracks and distract people from the truth?
Following multiple emails from members of youandyourcash.com, in which it was stated that they had read Yates’ book and in their opinion Yates had copied Spaniard’s Get Out of Debt training course, Spaniard confronted Yates by email.
Spaniard asked Yates whether he had used any information from the Get Out of Debt free course to which Yates responded “no”.
Spaniard then asked why Yates had felt the need to attend his course to which Yates replied: ‘”to see if anything you did/do bore any resemblance to what I do, specifically so that I didn’t breach any imaginary contract or regurgitate someone else’s work”.
By that rationale – he must have attended EVERY course out there!
Why did Yates no explain this when asking for access?
Was he lying in April 2020 or is he lying now?
